Del Popolo (Italian for “of the people”) is a mobile, truck-top pizzeria that delivers crispy Neapolitan pies, hot off its oven (made to the exacting standards of a Naples-based agency). It’s the first food truck of its kind to house a 1,000-degree, 5,000 pound, wood-burning oven on the bed of a truck.
