The entire town of Buford, Wyoming, was put up for sale by its sole resident.
It was bought by a Vietnamese businessman from Ho Chi Minh City, visiting the U.S. for the first time, for $900,000. The 10-acre town consists of a gas station and convenience store, a 1905 schoolhouse, a cabin, a garage and a three-bedroom house.
